Custom software and SaaS development

Production systems that hold up under real users, real data, real audits.

A website tells people what you do. A system does the work. Web applications, client portals, booking and management platforms, and full multi-tenant SaaS products — designed, built and deployed by an engineer with thirteen years in enterprise software.

Who it's for

You're probably reading this because of one of these.

01

Your operation runs on spreadsheets

The business works, but it works because someone keeps a workbook that only they understand. It does not scale, and it does not survive them leaving.

02

Off-the-shelf software doesn't fit

You have evaluated the products and each one covers 70% of what you need, while forcing you to change how you work for the rest.

03

You're building a product

A SaaS platform with paying customers, multiple tenants, billing and a support obligation — the whole thing, not a prototype.

What's included

Everything below, on every project.

Architecture

  • Requirements and data modelling before any code — the stage most projects skip and later pay for
  • Multi-tenant design where one platform serves many customers in isolation
  • Role-based access control defining what each kind of user can see and do
  • Scalability planned against your actual expected load, not a hypothetical one

Security

  • Encryption at rest and in transit as an architectural decision, not a pre-launch task
  • Full audit logging — who did what, to which record, and when
  • Compliance-aware design, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)
  • Input validation enforced server-side, never trusted to the interface

Delivery

  • A staging environment you can click through while it is being built
  • Deployment, environment configuration and monitoring
  • Handover documentation written for whoever maintains it next
  • Post-launch support, then an optional ongoing care arrangement
The engineering view

Security is an architecture decision, not a checklist

Most systems get their security review shortly before launch. By then the schema is set, the access model is implicit in the interface, and adding a real audit trail means touching every write path in the codebase. The review produces a list, the list gets half-done, and the gaps ship.

DentaCloudPH handles patient records under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. That obligation decided the schema before it decided the interface: encryption, role-based access and a full audit trail were structural from the first table, and tenant isolation is enforced at the data layer rather than trusted to the UI.

Building it that way costs a little more at the start and far less than retrofitting it later — which is the actual argument, not a moral one.

How it works

Sign-off at every stage, so nothing starts before it's agreed.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map your business, audience, competitors and goals.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Fixed scope, fixed price, clear timeline — no surprises.

  3. 03

    Design

Wireframes, then full visual mockups, revised until approved.

  4. 04

    Build

Development with progress checkpoints you can see live.

  5. 05

    Launch

Testing, performance tuning, SEO setup, go live.

  6. 06

    Support

30 days post-launch support, then an optional care plan.

Custom quote

Scoped after a consultation call, based on features, user roles, integrations and compliance requirements. The proposal states a fixed price before work begins.

Three rounds of revisions per stage, with written sign-off at each milestone. Additional rounds are quoted before any work begins, so there are never surprise charges.

Questions
How do you price a system when nobody knows the full scope yet?

We scope it first, as a paid discovery stage if it is large enough to need one, and you get a fixed-price proposal before development starts. Open-ended hourly billing on an undefined scope serves neither of us.

What stack do you build on?

Primarily C# and ASP.NET Core with MS SQL Server on the back end, React and Next.js on the front, deployed to Azure or Cloudflare. That is the stack most Philippine enterprises and banks already run, which matters if your IT team has to maintain or review it.

Can you integrate with systems we already use?

Yes. Integration is usually the larger half of the work — accounting software, payment providers, SMS gateways, hardware. Prime Campus Link joined a web application to RFID turnstile controllers and a multi-SIM modem array.

Who owns the code?

You do, on final payment. You get the repository, the documentation and the deployment configuration. There is no arrangement where your business depends on us to access your own system.
